The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association relocated their corporate headquarters from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2005. The entire 63-acre campus is located west of downtown on Billy Graham Parkway. The project was developed in two simultaneous phases and included complete perimeter security including electronic surveillance and 24-hour security at the primary and secondary vehicular entrances. Phase I was construction of a four-story, 202,000 SF, corporate office facility, including improvements to new campus access and off-site roadway improvements to both the office and museum/library. A maintenance facility, security stations and an extensive nature/exercise trail were also built. Multiple surface parking lots are situated on the site in such a way as to maintain the natural character of the property as much as possible.
